Publication and authorship

  1. Articles must contain bibliographical notes basement (at least 15) and a final bibliography (at least 10 references to books, studies, articles and other relevant sources)
  2. Each paper submitted for publication will be verified in terms of plagiarism and fraudulent data
  3. The author assumes not propose to publish the same article in another publication, the definitive answer to the Editor

Author’s responsibilities:

  1. Authors are required to participate in peer-review process, according to the algorithm presented separately. They shall undertake to carry out the required corrections and deepening research as reviewers concludes
  2. All authors have significantly contributed to the research (at least 20% of research economy)

Peer review / responsibility for the reviewers:

  1. The Editorial committee will ensure that reviewers are not in conflict of interest with the subject expertise, the authors of the research or research funders
  2. During the peer-review process, reviewers will not know the identity of the authors – and the authors will not know the identity of the experts

Editorial responsibilities:

  1. Editors have complete responsibility and authority to reject/accept an article. Editors should have no conflict of interest with respect to articles they reject/accept
  2. For errors identified in the peer-review, it will require correction or retraction
  3. Editors are responsible for keeping identity anonymous experts and authors on peer-review process

Publishing ethics principles:

  1. The Chief-editor is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the ethical integrity Editorial Board’s composition and work; same regarding the Scientific Board
  2. It will follow the implementation of the financial needs of the publication does not affect intellectual and ethical standards
  3. Editor assumes publish corrections, clarifications, retractions and apologies when necessary
